Privacy notice

1. Personal data we collect

When you ask for a quote or contact us through this site, we process:

• Identification and contact: name, email, phone, company or club.
• Project details: type of buyer, country, state and city, number of courts, whether you want a roof, model of interest and your message.
• What you write in the site chat.
• Browsing data: the campaign or site you came from (for example UTM parameters or the Google Ads click identifier), the pages you contact us from and a session identifier stored in your browser.

2. Data we do not collect

We do not collect sensitive personal data or financial data. Your IP address is not stored: only an encrypted fingerprint (hash) is kept, to limit abuse of the site.

3. Necessary purposes

They are essential to handle your request:

• Answering your request for information or a quote and following up by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Assisting you in the site chat, answered by an automated assistant and, when needed, by a person from our team.
• Recording your request with a reference code so we can recognise it when you message us on WhatsApp.
• Protecting the site against abuse and bulk messages.

4. Voluntary purposes

We also use browsing data to measure which ads and campaigns bring requests and to show you Lövell ads on other sites. These purposes are not needed to assist you: you can opt out by writing to datos@lovell-ignitethegame.com with the subject "Limit use of data", turn off ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com or delete your browser cookies.

5. Providers and transfers

We do not sell your data or transfer it to third parties for their own purposes. To run the site we use providers that process it only on our instructions (processors): Avanzia (site development and operation), Netlify (hosting), Supabase (database), Brevo (internal email notices) and Anthropic (processing the automated chat assistant replies). Google receives the browsing data described in section 4 for measurement and advertising.

6. Consent

By sending the form you confirm that you have read this notice. By writing in the chat or contacting us on WhatsApp without objecting, you consent to the processing for the purposes described here. If we wanted to use your data for a different purpose, we would ask for your consent again.

7. ARCO rights and withdrawal of consent

You can access your data, correct it, have it deleted or object to its processing, and withdraw your consent. Send your request to datos@lovell-ignitethegame.com with your name, a way to contact you, a description of the data and the right you want to exercise.

We will reply within 20 business days and, if it applies, carry it out within the following 15 business days.

8. Retention and security

We keep your data for as long as the business relationship lasts and as required by law, and then delete it. We apply administrative, technical and physical measures to protect it: access restricted by user and role, encrypted connections and a change log.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

We store in your browser where your visit came from (up to 90 days) and an identifier of your chat conversation, so your request stays linked to the campaign that brought it and the conversation is not lost. Google Ads tags use cookies to measure conversions and show ads. You can delete or block them in your browser settings.

We will publish any change on this page. Version 1.0.
